 To identify the quality of work life by the employees.
 To find out the level of employees participation.
 To try to look for the best strategies and suggestions over employee dissatisfaction
(if any) exist in company.
 Find out that how many employees do not know the goal of the company.
 To Suggest suitable measure for the improving quality of working condition.
 To know that the employees select the company due to the satisfaction facilities
provides by company?
 To check out of how many employees are satisfied with the facility provided by
the company.
 RESEARCH DESIGN
 Descriptive research has been applied, which is also known as
statistical research, describes data and characteristics about the
Research survey.
 SAMPLING
 Sampling Area: Mehsana District
 Sample Frame: employees worklife in company.
 Sample size: 100 Respondents (Employees of the company).
 Sampling method: For the present study Probability sampling technique,
systematic sampling has been used.
 Sources of Data:
 To cater the need of the research we have used primary (self constructed
structured Questionnaire) as well as secondary sources of data (web sites,
journals etc.)
 Data Collection Tool:
 Structured questionnaire was prepared to interview the employees of the
organization on distinct parameters like: salary, job rotation, work environment
welfare measures at the organization etc. measured on Likert five point scale,
which was later reduced to factors with help of factor analysis
 Statistical Tools:
 I have used IBM SPSS 20 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), for data
analysis. Cross tabulation .
Data Collection
 The information necessary for this research data collected
by tapping primary and secondary sources. The sources are
as follows:
 Primary Sources: a) Questionnaire
b) Personal interaction
 Secondary Sources : a) Related Information from
Internet
According to G Nasl Saraji, and H Dargahi survey QWL is a
comprehensive, department wide program designated to
improve employee satisfaction, strengthening workplace
learning and helping employees had better manage change and
transition by conducting descriptive and analytical study they
showed that the majority of employees were dissatisfied with
occupational health and safety, intermediate and senior
managers , their income, balance between the time they spent
working and with family and also indicated that their work was
not interesting and satisfying
According to Guna Seelan Rethinam, Maimunah QWL is a
multi-dimensional construct, made up of a number of
interrelated factors that need careful consideration to
conceptualize and measure. It is associated with job
satisfaction, job involvement, motivation, productivity, health,
safety and well-being, job security, competence development
and balance between work and non work life and he concluded
as QWL from the perspective of IT professionals is
challenging both to the individuals and organizations.
Cunningham, J.B. and T. Eberle, (1990) described that, the

Relook to the Workplace”, states that HR policies are being made
flexible. From leaves to compensations, perks to office facilities,
many companies are willing to customize policies to suit different
employee segments.
In all the above research, Researchers have found that for the
growth of any organization employee satisfaction is very
important. A few factors that were prominent to the employee
satisfaction in the researches before were income, promotion,
feeling of fulfillment, work environment, relations with superior
etc. I have also included these variables in our study. Our research
is comprehensive with certain variables to measure the satisfaction
level of employees.

 Create better relationship with employees.
 Most employees are satisfied with physical work condition, their
colleague workers, their immediate superior, their pay rates, the
change adopted by manager, welfare facilities and their working
hours.
 Most employees have good relationship with their superiors or
management.
 Most employees get opportunities to use their skills and abilities.
 Most employees feel that their job is secured.
