チーム特性
 主な開発内容は、既存サービスの機能追加・改善
 小さな保守開発（５～１０人日）が多い。
 時々３人月程の大きな保守開発が発生する。
 開発メンバーは５人

良い効果が多数
 「見える化」された為、関係者が全体感を
把握できる。
 残業が減った。
 メンバーが助け合う空気が出来た。
 その他色々。

 １スプリントの期間を１週間に設定。
１週間で終わらせるためには、どうしたら良
いか必死で考える。

何故うまく導入できたか
 アジャイル経験者の説明会に、上長を含む
チーム全員が参加できた。ここで参加者全員
共通の理解が得られた。
 経験豊富なアジャイルコーチからのツッコミ、
助言。
 チームに問題が起きた時の相談相手として
アジャイルコーチの存在。

Jenkins ユーザ・カンファレンス 2015の講演資料です。弊社で開発したPS3/VitaゲームのJenkins使用事例を紹介します。主な内容としては自動ビルドとデプロイ、自動テストで、デプロイでは並列化を使いPS3向けのROMやVITAのパッケージ、日本版、アジア版など、あわせて数百ギガのデータを6時間で作成する手法を紹介します。また、自動テストではAIを使用したモンキーテストやスモークテストの事例を紹介します。

Anaerobic digestion is an efficient process where different types of bacteria break down organic waste into methane gas without oxygen. There are three main types of digesters - covered lagoons, complete mix digesters, and plug-flow digesters - that vary in their solid concentrations and mechanisms for waste breakdown and biogas collection. Anaerobic digestion has advantages such as being environmentally friendly, economically profitable, improving air quality, and reducing odors.
