This document discusses a theory called LeaderLoop Theory, which proposes a process for developing spiritual leaders in the church. The theory argues that development of new leaders should begin with current leaders mentoring followers to become active followers and leaders themselves. This establishes a "loop" where leadership development can replicate itself. The goal is to shift focus from filling positions to empowering as many people as possible through mentoring to use their gifts. This approach addresses the need for inner spiritual development before taking on formal leadership roles. It also allows leadership to be defined by spiritual gifts and spheres of influence rather than positions alone.
