  Style sheetThis isthe font that I will use, I think it would be perfect and looks absolutely amazing. I think I would change the colour on it so the top half of the letters was neon blue faded with black on the bottom half. The illuminance background is also what makes this font special because it gives off this sense of epicenes. This style of font could be related to the 80s TV show transformers. Its been used in others forms of media such as comic books, such as “retro city rampage” this comic book has the retro theme throughout the entire novelisation. Even in the 21st century companies use it, like marvel for movies such as thor ragnarok and record companies for small artists that have hardly been heard of before, use the theme in their album cover, and posters. I can do this in Photoshop with a few editing tricks I can duplicate the text layer so there is two then I would change the colour of one and keep the original colour on the other. I can use the gradient editor to flip the colours so one side has bright blue and the other has neon purple. I can also highlight the outline to make it look even more retro. This is the colour scheme that I hope to implement into my products, the colour of blue, dark purple and black will be used a lot since I count these as the primary colours in my project. The other colours like green I wont use at all since no one requested the colour, I could make the blue the main colour and the black as the background, with the purple as basically highlighting, by doing this, I would make the font and possibly objects in the main image more visible and distinctive. I wont use the dark blue as it looks tacky and would look authentic on my products. The black will be used primarily as a background colour, with some white spots to represent stars in the galaxy. I will tinker with the colour picker and see which colours I will prefer for different sections of the products. It will all depend on how the colours clash. If they look good together or if they just look horrible then I will correct my lack in judgment by researching other colours commonly used throughout the 80s, it will help me out a lot to get an understanding of what people liked back then and how I can reinvent that old but great theme. Hopefully I can achieve this with the colours. These visual images represent and are what people think of when the words “80s retro” is spoken. With the neon blue grids and a bright vibrant sun in the background. The environment also included mountains and space with glimmering stars and purple clouds in the background. Because of my theme I have chosen, I will use these styles and ideas in my project not only because I think it will look amazing but it will look so unique and different in comparison to previous projects I have worked on. I will have a similar image with the sun being replaced with a volcano spewing blue lava, this is visual representation of the bands name, so if you forgot the bands name you could always refer to the cover image that would be so unique that no one has done it before. Being able to use Photoshop throughout this production will help me a lot because of the many features and options I have access to. So I will always have alternate choices if I do something with my font and I don’t like it. I can do so much more but that’s just an example, its just a wise decision to make using Photoshop because it has unlimited possibilities and multiple purposes for my project, such as. Creating lighting, through a few adjustments you can create lighting and save it as a shape so you can paste it however many times you require. You can make even more element effects like fire or ice. Best thing bout it though is that there are thousands of websites and videos that offer free tutorials so it is super easy to learn specific techniques.

  Layout 1 This isa perfect example of what I want for my project, I mean It is perfect the mountain isn't as volcano looking as I would prefer but this is the closest thing to my idea as there is in the real world. I have altered it with the blue grid added to make it look more like what I will produce. The colors of the mountains would be a brighter blue instead of red and yellow. I collected the images form this website full of creative designs and digital art, the website is called Pinterest. This is a perfect source of information and examples to use in projects like this. Visually the image just looks perfect, I might use this method in the image to showcase the lava in my production, because visually it looks amazing and is definitely possible to create. I also love the space in the background because it shows that it is in deep space with things like solar winds appearing across the background, accompanied with different shades of stars with bright and lightly dimmed stars. The solar flares look amazing in the bright blue color, I will try to create some of these in my production with a darker blue. This could replace the lava idea but it will depend on how I think of it and if it looks better or worse. I also admire the mountain in the center as I’m certain that it is an image of a real mountain. This integration of real and digital is done really well and I think I might take this idea and incorporate it into my production, It just looks really well done and visually stunning. I could find an image of a mountain and input it into my work, I will also centralize it so it is in the middle of the album and poster because it shows a bigger importance if it’s a singular object rather then multiple or being placed at one of the sides. I was thinking about adding thunder coming from the mountain for my production. This would look unique and unnatural considering that the image will be in space but it will also seem as if it is in a program like a game.

  Layout 2 The visualaesthetics of this image is even better than the previous layout, the background looks as those two galaxies are merging and colliding into one bigger galaxy. This just in the background of my production would be amazing and absolutely thrilling. In this image there are also VHS tape scratches on the image to make it look like it is old and gives it an authentic retro theme. It just makes it feel better and realistic, plus it kind of integrates the real style imagery and techno theme with the blue retro grid resembling an old 80s game. It looks similar to the first image but I have included a font with the title since the other did not contain one. The title looks good and keeps it interesting and unique, the color schemes are similar and looks good with the background the name of the scheme is complimentary color scheme with almost complete opposite colors combined to make an amazing visual effect. Especially with the blue and pink together over the galaxy’s cluster. You could imagine the sound of a music piece along with this image, it would be electronic and possibly pop music. These styles of music are visually represented in the layout and I hope to do the same in my production. I can attempt to make the cloud colors in the background in my production similar to the font with one half blue and the other purple. This use of colors is visually great and a spectacle. I'm not to sure if I will give the products an old VHS theme because that will represent the old and I want to re invent the theme altogether. And I believe I can do it if I am determined and confident enough. I'm not entirely confident on the font so I don’t think I will use this font or any that are similar.

  Contingency Planning Potential IssueSolution I could lose all my work and data, by losing my data my production would be lost and I would most likely fail the course. Always save and backup work to another hard drive or other USB just in case the first corrupts or is lost. By doing this I can always continue my work but do a little catching up. I will take time after college and at home. If the Wi-Fi went down and I could’t send any of my work to my tutors. I could always give them my USB so they can copy my work and mark it on their computer, instead of waiting until the Wi-Fi is back online. I could use my own Wi-Fi on my phone if really necessary. if I thought that I wouldn't be able to complete my work before the deadline. The best way to counter this is to work in my own spare time in order to make up for the lack of work I have produced. During college hours and in my own. If my computer that I work on wont open or start an application like Photoshop for unknown reasons. Or if the profile didn’t work and I couldn’t sign in. I could always just use another computer or reset the one I’m using to hopefully fix it. If no other works then ill presume it was my profile. So I would ask to go and tell the IT guys if they can check my account and if they can fix it. when I am creating the products I could finish the product and not be satisfied with how it turned out. I think the best way to counter this is to retrace my steps and see where I went wrong and correct it. If I cant find any images that I want like a real mountain for the cover image, to represent the blue lava volcano. If its an image that I cant replicate in Photoshop then I will have to find another or alternative picture using Pinterest.

  Health and Safety PotentialIssue How will the issue be avoided? I could get electrocuted when getting my USB out of the computer. This can cause some health problems depending if its just a shock or something worse. It can be avoided by only touching the plastic casing on the USB and not having any water on my hands this will prevent water from conducting the electric. staring at the screen for too long can cause headaches and hurt your eyes. This can cause long term problems like you requiring glasses to see further or closer. by taking regular breaks by being outside and getting fresh air can help. sitting in a chair for long periods of time can cause pains in your back and legs. This can also cause long term health problems and can cause your spine to bend or even break in certain areas. its best to ask for a few minutes so you can stand up and walk up and down the hall and stretch to wake you up better. I could potentially trip over someone's bag or mine. And injure myself or someone else severely. I or they could break some bones or hit their head and cause concussion. the best way to avoiding this disaster waiting to happen would to tuck the bag under the table and out of the walking range, so people still cant trip over the straps on the floor. Spilling water near the computer, not only will this cause really bad problems for the computer but it could leave me in soggy wet cloths for the entire day. The water could also come in contact with some electricity and can travel through water. Don’t leave water bottle right next to the computer or on the desk. Take a sip and put it back in your bag, or just don’t drink. If desperate sit up and drink it either outside or somewhere in the room with no electronics. A blackout could cause major injuries if you get panicked, you could hurt someone or injure yourself. If there is no light exept the light on the computer screen then this can be a problem. It can cause serious injury if you fall or trip up and land you head on the desk. Make sure there is another source of light other than the lights and screens, such as the window. If it is dark with clouds then just keep the door wide open so you can see the light at the end of the corridor.

  Schedule Day Plan ofAction Resources Required Day 1  I will start planning my first project, I think I will start with the T-shirt design. By doing this I can use either the design or main image in the other products.  Photoshop Day 2  Hopefully I will finish the t-shirt design within 2 days, I will use an image on google.  Photoshop  google Day 3  On the third day I will start on the album cover that is a small size this will take time because of the detail I will have to add like small barcodes and other things that most other album covers have.  Photoshop Day 4  I will start production on the band post on the fourth day, hopefully I can complete this with in 3 days as I really want as much detail as possibly.  Photoshop Day 5  I will continue adding detail to the poster. I will refer to other projects and try to use elements from the website Pinterest, this website has thousands of images that I can refer to and take inspiration from them and intergrade it into my project.  Photoshop Day 6  I will add even more detail with improved colours. And just experiment with a bunch of colours and see which one will look best.  Photoshop 
