  Warehouse Supervisors Responsiblefor ensuring all employees are directed to the emergency exit. Responsible for ensuring accurate head counts of personnel within respective departments. Ensure restrooms and/or break areas are evacuated and all personnel are enroute to the appropriate Assembly Areas.
• 5.
  Leads Assisting Supervisorsin directing all employees in department to correct assembly areas. Performing any additional duties/functions the Warehouse Supervisor deems necessary. Performing duties of a Warehouse Supervisor in his absence.
• 6.
  Employees Following allprocedures as described. Evacuating to any assembly area in an orderly and expedited manner. Report to the assembly area of the department he/she is working in that day. Ensure your supervisor knows you are present and accounted for.

  Communications During anEmergency Event Fire Alarm systems are located throughout the facility Fire pull stations located at emergency exits Paging system (anyone can call for emergency situation) Telephones located through the facility All members of management to include Supervisors and Leads have cell phones with direct connect capabilities.

  Escape Routes andAssembly Areas Color- coded exit route maps are located in the facility Color-coded external and internal assembly point signs have been installed External and Internal assembly areas are documented in the integrated contingency plan

  External Assembly Point:Located at the Covidien sign on the Kendall side (SE corner) of the facility. A C B External Assembly Point: Located at the Covidien sign sign on the USS side (NE corner) of the facility. Internal Assembly Point: Located inside the facility on the USS side (North side) of the wall separating USS and Mallinckrodt. Escape Routes and Assembly Areas The Site Director reserves the right to authorize the movement of any assembly area to another location or to an off-site area due to the nature of the emergency.

  Bomb Threat Whena call is received, keep the caller on the line as long as possible. The caller should be asked for the location and times of detonation The caller should be notified that the facility is occupied and injury or death could result to innocent people Unique noises in the background, such as music, horns, traffic, that could give clues to the location of the caller should be noted Any noticeable accents, emotion, voice quality or speech impediments should be noted Upon termination of the call notify any member of Management immediately The Site Director decides if evacuation is needed
• 19.
  Suspected Bomb DONOT attempt to move the parcel/package and secure the area. Notify a member of the CMT. Isolate the area affected to the extent possible (minimum of 300 feet). Discontinue the use of radios and other electronic devices in the affected area until further notice. Await instructions from management. Only members of the CMT and/or the local authorities can give the “all clear” once the threat has been removed or discredited.
