  A Robust WayTo Fight Fire The Titan Party Wall System is used for fire separation compartmentation of lightweight constructed Duplex and Town houses where cost and install time are paramount. The Titan lightweight lntertenancy wall system does away with the traditional heavy FR plaster board and frame systems which are prone to weather damage when installed prior to the roof going on. The optional fire-rated silcon coating on the Titan means that it can be installed in all environments without the worry of bad weather damaging the inherent fire rating of the product. Modular home builders are able to build this system off site.

  Material Description The centralfire barier is 1 layer of 15mm thick Titan flexible cloth. The perimeter frame is made from 41mm x 41mm x1.6 gauge Ezystrut section. There is no other framework required for drops of upto 6.3m x infinite length. The Titan barier is simply stapled together up its vertical joints. We manufacture the Titan outer skin in plain cloth or with a fire rated silicon waterprof coating.
