The study assesses the effectiveness of a structured teaching program (STP) aimed at enhancing knowledge regarding the prevention and home management of diarrhoea among mothers of children under five in Lucknow, India. Results illustrated a significant improvement in knowledge post-intervention, with a pre-test mean score of 17.80 and a post-test mean score of 23.63, indicating the STP effectively educated mothers. This emphasizes the crucial role of structured educational initiatives in reducing diarrhoea-related health risks in young children.
