  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARIZED Involved in Tendering, Design, Execution, Co ordination, Testing & Commissioning of Street Lighting works, landscape lighting works, Infrastructure Electrical Works and fit out installations under Various Government Authorities. Private and Public Developers.  Review the electrical drawings, reports, specification submitted by the Design Consultant to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the scope of work and requirements.  Monitor teams’ performance to ensure that deliverables are in accordance with the approved Master Program.  Attend regular co-ordination meetings with the Project Management Team to ensure the production of relevant design information in a timely manner so that the procurement and construction program can be maintained.  Review the contract documents (drawings and specification related to his discipline) and advise the Design Manager of any deficiency.  Attend value-engineering workshops early in the design stage with the other project staff and he will review the productivity of each of the stages of the structural design produced by the Consultant.  Assist in the preparation of the monthly reports.  Attend regular meetings following contract award to ensure the progress of shop drawing submission and approval meets the requirements of the construction program.  Attend regular progress meetings with Consultants and the Contractors.  Ensure that the Consultant is carrying out off-site inspections of materials and equipment as necessary.  Co-Ordination with Various Authorities such as M/s. Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), M/s RTA, M/s MPOW and M/s Fewa for the Design and Preparation of Shop Drawings and its Approvals, NOC’s Co ordination, Inspection of Installations, Testing, Commissioning.  Preparation of Load Schedules , Voltage Drop Calculations, Design of Cables sizes and Control Panels in Compliance with M/s. DEWA Rules & Regulations.  Testing and Commissioning of the Installation and Handing over the works to Clients.  Material & Method statement approval including all calculations. 2. Kerala State Electricity Board Job involves Complete O&M-Operation &Maintenance works of whole Sub-Station Equipments such as Power & Instrument Transformers, SF6 Circuit Breakers, Lightning Arresters, Isolators, 11KV VCB Panels, Control & Relay Panel of EHV Transformers & Feeders, Transformer oil Filtering Equipments & Routine Healthy Check of whole Sub- Station etc. 4.
