- 12. 9Dr. S.N. Singhhad been a brilliant student. He was a GOLD MEDALIST from the University of Gorakhpur in LL.B. examinations in 1966. He had TOPPED IN LL.M. in Banaras Hindu University in 1968. Dr. Singh has more than four decades of teaching and research experience. He was Head of the Department of Law and dean, Faculty of Law of Delhi University. During his tenure, the Law Faculty of Delhi University was continuously ranked FIRST by INDIA TODAY Survey for three years (2008, 2009 and 2010) among all Law faculties having three-year LL.B. Degree course. Dr. Singh has a large number of publications in reputed Law Journals.Dr. Singh has been a member of various committees constituted by the Government of India on higher education, urban land titling, UPSC, etc.
