• Comfortability: The soft foam padding
underneath my feet really supports me to
achieve my goals
• Weight: The lighter the shoes the more I run!
• Aeration: Proper ventilation is a must when
you plan to run long distances (no sweating)
• Sensorization: A sensor grid underneath my
feet would be good for accurate RUN tracking

My Experience at any RUN*
• Set Goals: Whenever I go for a RUN, I set
goals(distance) to be achieved in that RUN
• Motivation: Primary motivation behind my
running is the urge to be FIT & FINE
• Lesson: The Lesson I learn from each RUN is
that “With goal oriented hard work, I can
achieve anything I want!”
• Inner Self: I discover myself whenever I RUN

My Running Goals*
• Distance: I set the distances(goals) before
initiating the RUN (Estimate: 5Kms.)
• Running Times: At max. I plan to complete the
set goals within 1.5hours
• Sprints: Meanwhile I jog, I perform short
distance full throttle RACES with myself,
beating my own records
• Running Speeds: 10kmph@jog, 40kmph@run

• The Rewards: The app should provide reward
points for achieving the goals, helping setting
motivation to RUN more (and people could
purchase Adidas goodies via those points)
• Fitness Tracker: The app should tell people
how fit they are and how fit they are
supposed to be… (a critical analyst)
• The Guide: The app should guide the person’s
setting running schedules and goals
