Frequency adverbs help describe how often an action occurs. They can go before verbs, after forms of "to be," or after the first auxiliary verb if the verb has multiple words. Common frequency adverbs include always, generally, usually, often, sometimes, rarely, seldom, occasionally, and never. Examples are provided to illustrate proper placement of frequency adverbs in sentences.
