AGRO BUSINESS PLAN
EXECUTIVE SUMMERY
With the increasing population and improving purchasing power of Bangladeshi people, coupled
with reducing the area under cultivation of fruit crops and unpredictable monsoon, quality food is
going to be a very valuable commodity in the coming future. This opens a great opportunity for
investors to invest in techno-commercial agriculture projects to generate significant returns over a
period of time. Advanced agriculture has not yet spread in our country.
In this situation, I look out for food crops and agro farms. I have taken the initiative to raise cows,
goats and cultivate some amount of vegetables on a small scale using advanced technology. My
business company name is NTC. NTC's Full Mining Natural Trust Company. My goal: I want to
do business with faith without harming nature. I am constantly trying to build this small business
organization into a bigger one. I hope that this small organization of mine will be able to provide
employment to some people. In Sha Allah.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS
Basic Information of my Business:
My business mainly works in two sectors one is vegetable cultivation to meet the daily needs of
the people and the other is fattening cows to meet the demand for meat of the people.
 Seasonal vegetables are mostly cultivated on my farm. I also cultivate some Baromasi
vegetables. Some of these vegetables are cucumber, carrot, mint, lettuce, tomato, etc.
 Two types of cows are reared on my farm. First, milk was taken from a number of cows
to meet the demand for human milk, and some cows were fattened on the occasion of
Eid-ul-Azha, a major festival of the Muslim nation. We also make a profit by selling cow
dung.
My business company name is (NTC). NTC's Full Mining Natural Trust Company. My goal: I
want to do business with faith without harming nature. I am constantly trying to build this small
business organization into a bigger one. I hope that this small organization of mine will be able to

Naturally, every household consumes produce from commercial farms be it vegetables, fruits,
grains, tubers, fish, eggs, poultries, and cattle, etc. So also a large chunk of manufacturing
companies depends on commercial farms for some of their raw materials. In essence, a commercial
farmer should be able to sell his or her farm produce to as many people as possible.
We will ensure that we position our business to attract consumers of agricultural produce, not just
in Bangladesh alone but also in other parts of the world which is why we will be exporting some
of our farm's produce either in raw form or processed form to other countries of the world.

3. Marketing Area:
A Market Scenario of the Product:
The Marketing Scenario is a synopsis of the logic of our marketing strategy. The (NTC) use of
modern technology in our farms is getting higher yields. We always try to use as little pesticide
and fertilizer as possible in our vegetables. At agro farms, we do not apply any toxic medicine to
fatten cows. We provide cow's milk and cow fattening by providing natural food in its entirety.
We produce these cattle feed ourselves, which greatly reduces our cost. We collect all the food
that we cannot produce from the marginal farmers at a fair price. Marginal farmers are also
benefiting from this.
Our Target Market Area:
Naturally, every household consumes produce from commercial farms be it vegetables, fruits,
grains, tubers, fish, eggs, poultries, and cattle, etc. So also a large chunk of manufacturing
companies depends on commercial farms for some of their raw materials.

Current and Future Research of the Industry:
Bangladesh is a developing country. Our country is a major agricultural country. There was a time
when 90% of the people in our country were involved in agricultural work. But gradually people
are moving away from their original profession. We need huge food for this growing population
of our country. If we do not use advanced technology, it will not be possible to provide food for
our current huge population. I have started this business in agriculture and agro farms on a small
scale keeping in mind the huge population of our country. My business is completely controlled
by modern technology.
