· Operates the Factory as a Profit Centre Head. 
· Draw up a weekly production plan in conjunction with the sales Plan and is responsible for implementing and 
achieving the agreed production plan in terms of Product, Quality and Quantity. 
· Confers with production and administrative personnel and reviews production and operating activity to determine 
changes in programs or operations if required. 
· Identify and evaluate products and product lines thereof to ensure business synergy and compatibility with the 
company’s businesses. 
· Coordinates activities of divisions or departments i.e. operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning, sales,

· arranging with the main contractor and consultant for all pig cast to supplying the required quantity in specific 
time 
· following up all daily activities of producing concrete ( purchasing raw materials, checking raw materials 
quality, daily machines checkup, weekly maintenance ) 
· following up all concrete tests to maintain the quality
2- Installation and erection of interlock factory at Alshuiba industrial area I’m the production manager for this

· evaluating all received offers form machines suppliers to choose the optimum offer 
· Supervision on all civil and mechanical works which requested by the machine supplier for installation and 
erection of the factory 
· following up all governmental approvals for importing (machines, raw materials) 
· arranging with machine supplier to check all procedure for erection process 
· following up the commissioning stage to check the capacity of the machines and to check production quality 
before starting the daily normal production
