The most famous example of this method of dismissal involved
the Indian bowler X . It occurred during India's tour of Australia
on 13 December 1947 in the second Test at Sydney. X ran out Bill
Brown when, in the act of delivering the ball, he held on to it and
removed the bails with Brown well out of his crease. This was the
second time X had dismissed Brown in this fashion on the tour,
having already done it in an earlier match against an Australian
XI. On that occasion he had warned Brown once before running
him out. The Australian press accused X of being
unsportsmanlike, although some Australians, including Don
Bradman, the Australian captain at the time, defended X's
actions. Since this incident, a batsman dismissed in this fashion is
(informally) said to have been “Y".

The X CLUB was a social club that is famous for its organisation of
18th century cricket matches. By the late 1770s it was the foremost
cricket club in England. The origin of the club, based near X in
rural Hampshire, is unclear but it had certainly been founded by
1768. The club produced several famous players including John
Small, Thomas Brett, Richard Nyren, David Harris, Tom Taylor, Billy
Beldham and Tom Walker. It was also the inspiration for the first
significant cricket book: The Cricketers of My Time by John Nyren,

He was born in 1861 in Nathpur in Nadia district in West Bengal. He ran away from home as
a teen and worked as a timber camp care taker in the Taungoo forest for a while. X had
travelled to England as a stowaway at age fifteen. After he arrived in England he drifted
through several occupations, before becoming an animal trainer in a circus in Kent. He
travelled with the circus to Hamburg. After that, he migrated to Brazil (probably one of the
first Indians to do so), and fought valiantly in the Brazilian army (late 19th century). X

'Bangadesher Ranga' on him featuring him in the midst of the jungles in Brazil.

Feluda novels. For the first time, Feluda spent
some time alone with a female character (Mary
Sheila Biswas) - who was also instrumental in the
solving of the puzzle. Also, a description of the
character's clothing (salwar kameez with no
jewelry) was provided. Even her career interest (a
suitably girlie 'interior decoration') was duly

Filmmaker Muazzam Beg launched his film based on Sanjay Dutt
and Salman Khan's life in the city of Ajmer. Beg, along with his cast
and crew, took mahurat shot of the film, titled ‘_____ _____ - Killers
or Healers'. Inspired by the personal and professional lives of the
two Bollywood celebrities, the film will talk about the humane side
of the actors. Beg added, "The movie is based on the real life of
Salman and Sanjay. In fact their story will be told by their diehard
fans, being played by Shrestha Kumar and Zuber Kamal Khan," said
Beg. The film, launched on Sanjay Dutt's birthday on July 29, will be
released on Salman Khan's birthday on December 27. "Since the
film is based on the two celebrities and their tumultuous life, I

Originally, this necklace belonged to Peshwa Baji Rao who
acquired 0.1 million - at that time and remained with
Peshwas till 1857 when it was sold by Peshwa Nanasaheb
to Rana Jung Bahadur of Nepal for a pittance.
In 1901, Maharaja Rameshwar Singh bought it from Nepali
Prime Minister Dhir Shamsher Rana who was forcefully
removed from his post and fled Nepal. Its exact selling

Bill Rasmussen conceived the concept of X in late May 1978,
after he was fired from his job with the World Hockey
Association's New England Whalers. One of the first steps in Bill
and his son Scott's . The Rasmussens first rented office space

Mukherjee starring Rajesh Khanna and Jaya
Badhuri with Asrani, A.K. Hangal, Usha Kiran and Durga
Khote in supporting roles. The film was ranked the eight
highest grossing film of the year 1972. In an interview,
Khanna quoted “In ‘X’ I did exactly the opposite of what
Hrishida had made me do in ‘Anand’. He allowed me to
interpret the role and perform my way. I had done
