Period: From April, 2008 to till today Responsibilities:  Had examined the equipment to identify the defects like loose connections, disconnected wires, or burned components by using schematic diagrams and other test equipment.  Removed or replaced the defective components and parts such as conductors, semi-conductors, resistors and integrated circuits using soldering irons, wire cutters and other hand tools.  In the discharge of work, had followed the standard operating procedures and policies and reported the errors, when noticed.  There were no limitations to my work and had tested electronic equipment such as fuses, panel boards, heaters, starters, switches, switch boards, invertors, transformers and more.  Had trained the new entrants by taking them with me, wherever I go to undertake repairs of all sorts of electronic equipment.  Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of UPS, security systems, Transformers, communication systems.

Vibration Analysis  Vibration database developing, managing, organizing and updating of all type of machinery.  On-site data collection from each equipment with SKF Micrology data collector.  Identifying and analyzing the problems causing the machine vibration, With SKF @ Ptitude Analysis software& Recommending the corrective action for each problem.  Fully engaged in Phase Analysis to uncover different problems having same FFT Spectrum (Imbalance, Misalignment, Bent Shaft, Cocked Bearing, etc.)  Hands on experience of Run-Up/Coast down Analysis to find Rotor Critical Speed.  Comprehensively involved in on-site Dynamic Balancing (Both Single and Dual Plane) of rotating equipments (All types of Fans, Blowers, Rollers, Centrifuges, Cutters etc.)  Have full grip of the use of SKF portable FFT data collectors like CMVA10, CMAS 100 –SL etc.  Involved in conducting Seminars and Training Workshops on Condition Monitoring through Vibration Analysis and effective implementation of Predictive Maintenance Program.
