WORK EXPERIENCE:
Worked as a HVAC Design and Development Engineer in Walchand College of engineering, Sangli
from May 2014 to April 2015.
Role & Responsibilities:-
1) Study of existing refrigeration system and duct work.
2) Heat load calculation.
3) Design and selection of system components such as compressor, refrigerant, expansion valve, water
cooled condenser, cooling tower and evaporator coil with necessary changes in air handling unit etc.
4) Procurement of necessary parts for the system like cooling tower, evaporator coil etc.
5) Assembling and erection of the hvac system and temperature attainment.
Worked as a HVAC Design Engineer at TAIBA ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS, HYDERABAD
in the field of MEP services during internship and training from May,2015 to October,2015.
Role & Responsibilities:-
1) Preliminary planning based on Architectural drawings
2) Concept Design discussions with the clients and contractors.
3) Air conditioning Heating/cooling load calculation by using Carrier’s HAP 4.5 software & E-20 form
as per ASHRAE standards.
4) Preparing single line drawing (concept layout) of air conditioning systems including duct system.
5) Duct designing as per SMACNA standards
6) ESP calculation for fan sizing & pump head loss calculation for pump sizing.
Working as a Design and Development Engineer in Blue Star India Ltd Thane from December 2015.
Role & Responsibilities:-
1) Logic development and validation for room,ducted & packaged air conditioner.
2) Co-ordinate & conduct validation of new technology in the products.
3) Making simulation jig for the software validation.
4) Work with team for product development & testing of new product.
5) Visiting to site for field issue.
