• Fast setting and self curing.
Product
A high strength, fast setting, fast curing grout of thixotropic consistency.
ANCHORGROUT complies to BS 6319 Part-2,3 : 1985, BS 6319 Part-3 :
1990, BS 2782 Part-2 and BS 6319 Part-2 : 1983.
Uses
• ANCHORGROUT can be used for high strength corrosion resistant,
anchoring of bolts and a permanent installation of reinforcement doweling
and starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, hand rails, safety fences,
wall tiles, railway tracks, tie back anchors and grout for tower cranes.
• Due to its thixotropic nature, ANCHORGROUT can be used in vertical,
horizontal and overhead situations where the hole diameter exceeds the
bar diameter by not less than 4 mm and not more than 25 mm.
Properties
• Compressive Strength : 24 hours - 60 N/mm²
Ultimate - 85 N/mm²
• Gel time(Temp in ºC) Gel time(min)
20 40
30 30
40 15
• Density - 1.66 gm/cm³ (Typical axial pull out strength is 48 N/mm² in
concrete using mild studding in holes drilled by rotary percussive
equipment.)
• Chemical resistance : The cured ANCHORGROUT is resistant to salt
water, petrol, oil, grease and most acids, alkalis and solvents.
