  Profile I am anexperienced business transformation professional. I have worked the last seven years in the design, establishment and optimisation of Shared Services to blue chip organisations in Europe and North America. In addition, I have worked on a number of SAP implementations as a FI/CO functional consultant, so I offer wide experience and leadership for companies aspiring to optimise their business model. I believe the key to Business Transformations is ensuring the components are established and working early in the programme lifecycle, giving a base to concentrate on getting milestones delivered and risks managed.
