The executive power shall
be vested in the President
of the Philippines.

1 Every second Monday of May , every six years

1 Natural born citizens of the Philippines
2 Registered voter
3 Able to read and write

4 At least 40 years of age
5 Resident of the Philippines for at least 10 years

There shall be a Vice-President who
shall have the same qualifications
and term of office and be elected
with, and in the same manner, as
the President. He may be removed
from office in the same manner as
the President.

1 President shall not be eligible for ANY re-election
2 No Vice President shall serve for more than 2 consecutive terms

Prohibitions/Inhibitions
Shall not receive any other emolument
Shall not hold any other office of
employment
Shall not directly or indirectly practice any

May not appoint spouse or relatives
