Main Objective - to create/design an outdoor space
retail store to provide service outdoors. The main
goal is to create a mobile pop-out store which could
accomodate at city centers, transported with a truck.
Comply to ADA Codes. Drawn in Revit.
The pop-out store is chinese theme inspired with the
iconic tea as its product. A branding is also included
with the tea, along with the logo created by me.
The main attraction would be the exterior chinese
architecture element with the roof and the interiors
with the classic chinese rigid designs of bamboo and
porcelain.

Main Objective - to create/design a space to acco-
modate cars as a showcase. It is not a live-in type in-
stead a space where it can accomodate an amount
of people for social events. Comply to ADA Codes.
Drawn in Revit.
The car condo includes an office space, relaxation
lounge area, and a recreation bar area for social
events. The main area would be the space where
the cars are displayed.
The main attraction would be the cold effect inte-
rior with the main custom designed glass stairs. It is
a modern style with cold effect finishes to create a
cool atmosphere.

LUNAR
Main Objective - to create/design a retail space for car
tire store. The space includes lounge areas with self ser-
vice snack corner, small library of magazines for plea-
sure reading. Comply to ADA Codes. Drawn in Revit.
The whole space includes lounge/waiting areas, recep-
tion area and two transaction service areas. On the
mezzanine, on the right is a gaming room with several
screens and consoles. On the left is also a game room
but with a pool table and small refreshment counter.
Therearescreensthroughoutthespacefornewsaswell.
The tire store is to accomadate customers while they
wait for their services. Depending on their waiting
time, they can enjoy just the lounge area with maga-
zines or go up the mezzanine for further enjoyment.

futuristic theme. The arm is retractable to the back.
The process includes using two different programs.
The initial stage of creating comes from Rhinoc-

the materials to use and then rendered.

using a reference picture.

Main Objective - To design a restaurant space using an ex-
sisting building.Have to create logo and restaurant name.
Comply to ADA Codes. Drawn in AutoCAD.
The restaurant includes a sushi bar, private dining area with
shoji screens, dining area and a bar.
It is based on Japanese culture with structural design con-
cept to create an exotic atmosphere and give an authentic
japanese feel to the customers. With designs such as shoji
screens, sakura tree and using the nature color palette, it
recreates the essences of Kyoto, Japan.

LUMINOSITY
Main Objective - To design a co-working office space in an ex-
sisting builing in Atlanta, Georgia. All the furniture are specifu-
cally from SteelCase products.Comply to ADA codes. Drawn
in Revit.
The office space includes Private Offices, Open Offices, Pri-
vate Enclaves, WorkCafe, Forum Space, Project Rooms, Stu-
dio/WorkSpace, Reception and Resource Center.
The concept is based on light with different colors, coded to
each respective work zone, such as Private Office being red,
Open Offices being blue...etc.

Main Objective - to recreate/design a restroom for
everyone to use, regardless of gender without any
issue of being in danger or discomfort.
The Gender-neutral restroom project is a project to
create a restroom, presumablly in a coorporate of-
fice setting. The aim is to design a restroom for all
genders to use without any discrimination of sort for
both genders or in between to use.
The main attraction would be the cool water feature
curved wall in the center with glass encased.

Main Objective - to recreate/design an existing pe-
diatrics department at Cleveland Clinic. The newly
proposed design focuses on Patient Room, Hallway,
Nurse Station, Playroom and Waiting Area. Comply
to ADA Codes. Drawn in Revit.
The HealthCare project is a partner project where we
have to recreate the pediatrics department of Cleve-
land Clinic. The design has to accomodate needs to
the patients. The main objective is to create a space
that allows children to be at home and heal faster.
The main attraction would be the cool underwater
theme but in a fun perspective where kids can enjoy
and also have a homey feeling while they recover.
