This document details the fabrication and analysis of mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP) composites using Kevlar fiber and epoxy resin LY-556. It presents test procedures and results comparing tensile, impact, flexural, and compressive strengths of Kevlar composites against mild steel, concluding that Kevlar shows superior mechanical properties. The study emphasizes the potential applications of these composites in aerospace and automotive industries due to their favorable strength-to-weight ratios.
