With the effects of climate change pulling the country to the forefront of disasters, TAO-
Pilipinas has evolved its range of post-disaster response in partnership with humanitarian and
other donor agencies. Since 2006, TAO has partnered with humanitarian actors to deliver timely
and effective shelter assistance in post-disaster situations. We provide technical support in the
conduct of post-disaster damage assessment and reconstruction efforts, employing the principles
of people-centered response and disaster resilience
