Earth is the third planet from the sun and the largest of the terrestrial planets, with a mass of approximately 5.97 trillion kg and a diameter of 12,756 km. It has one moon, Luna, and is unique among planets for not being named after a god. Covering 70% with oceans, Earth has a complex magnetic field and takes about 365.26 days to complete its orbit around the sun.

Presentation by Prof. Liwayway Memije-Cruz.
Earth, the third planet from the sun, is the largest terrestrial planet alongside Mercury, Venus, and Mars.
An introduction to the solar system where Earth is a significant component.
Earth's mass is 5.97 trillion kg, diameter is 12,756 km, and distance from the Sun is 150 million km, with a 365.26-day orbital period.
Summary of the seven continents that comprise Earth's landmass.
Earth has a strong magnetic field, is not named after a god, has greatest density, and comprises mostly iron, oxygen, and silicon.
