• 2.
   I have decidedto give the film an age rating of 15, due to the levels of violence, and sexual content. The film contains torture and violent self-harm scenes, they are censored to an extent, and for that reason I believe it doesn’t have to be an 18 and is suitable for down to 15 year olds. Not any younger than 15 as they would find the content disturbing, frightening and could possibly even emotionally scare them as they aren’t mature enough yet.

   Due to boththe violence and sexual violence we have to rate it at least a 15, because we do not directly show the sexual violence, and the violent gory scenes of torture and self-harm aren’t directly, but implied. A younger viewing audience would not understand it, and it would not be suitable to show them, also I do not want to cause any psychological/emotional problems. I believe 15-18 year olds are mature enough to view the film, would get a better understanding of it and get an overall better viewing experience out of it.

   The film willnot contain much bad language, and will be more than suitable for the younger viewing audience we have decided to allow and target. There is a possibility that I may incorporate the words such as (f**k) or/and (s**t) to put emphasis on the emotions of pain and panic.
• 5.
   In the filmthere three different races interpreted, our main protagonist is white, and featured within the film are both black and and an Asian man. This is too get rid of any traces of discrimination.
• 6.
   There aren’t anyreferences to drugs within the film, and that’s why it is suitable for the younger audience and we are able to show it to them.
• 7.
   There isn’t muchnudity within the film as it is mostly censored, although the act of rape is implied within the film, but is not directly shown and for that reason I are able to show it to the age ratings I have chosen. As they are mature enough and able to understand the content.
• 8.
   Violence is innearly every scene of my film, and is shown. Although, it is not too explicit and is not always directly seen, and for that reason I am able to show it to my chosen age rating, as they are mature enough to see it not be traumatized.
