Marsh Sandpiper
The marsh sandpiper is a
small wader. It is a rather
small shank, and breeds
in open grassy steppe and
taiga wetlands from
easternmost Europe to
central Asia
White Eyed Buzzard
The white-eyed buzzard is a
medium-sized hawk, distinct
from the true buzzards in the
genus Buteo, found in South
Asia. Adults have a rufous tail,
a distinctive white iris, and a

sometimes treated as
subspecies.
Slender Billed Gull
The slender-billed gull is a mid-sized
gull which breeds very locally
around the Mediterranean and the
north of the western Indian Ocean
on islands and coastal lagoons.
Most of the population is somewhat
migratory, wintering further south
to north Africa and India, and a few
birds have wandered to western
Europe.
Rook
The rook is a member of the
family Corvidae in the
passerine order of birds. It
was given its binomial name
by Carl Linnaeus in 1758, The

needed] Not all release doves are rock doves
and most breeders of doves for various
uses do not domesticate their birds.
Although many dove release businesses
advertise that their birds will be able to
safely return home, a few released
“doves” can be killed in accidents or by
predators before they can make their way
back. Most released birds are able to
survive a return flight and are viewed
