  • Developed, piloted and recently implemented a new change management process for Windows Vista/X changes to production systems, including servers, applications, network routers and Windows NT, 2000, databases. This process was piloted for over 6 months with only 1 issue. Process requires 2003 Server that all changes are reviewed and approved by Change Review Board prior to implementing. Led multiple concurrent projects for both development and IS, managing projects with up to 13 resources at a given time and valued at $2.5+ million.
