This document analyzes the professional and technological qualifications of accountants in Libyan banks. It aims to assess the reality of vocational and technological rehabilitation for accountants in Libyan banks in light of technological developments. A questionnaire was distributed to accountants in Benghazi commercial banks to examine their qualifications. The findings showed that accountants have both vocational and technological qualifications to keep up with modern developments, and that there is a positive relationship between their vocational and technological rehabilitation.
