amounts of other nutrient as well.
 Careful selection of foods with inclusion of rich
sources of vitamins & minerals will help meet the

 People of more affluent society have more meals.
 Traditionally most regions in India follow three to five meal
pattern
 3 meal pattern ( Breakfast, lunch, dinner).
 2 small meals ( Mid morning & late afternoon)
