The Last ~30 Years Has Been an Anomaly in the History of Human Collaboration!!
What's Driving Change? Technology is an enabler. Collaboration Tools Much of Manufacturing Automated (and off shore). So much information available that creativity is the new imperative.  Principals of Management that drove the last 130 years -- Move decisions from workers to managers....inconsistent in the information age (knowledge worker).   Motivational theory evolving. New ideas emerging about leadership & decision making (e.g. Swarm Theory).
