INGREDIENTS USED IN TYPICAL TRADITIONAL DISHES
Proteins and fats: poultry, white cheese, quark, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, yoghurt,
bacon, eggs, fish, pork, olive oil, ham, sausage.
Fruits: apple, lemon.
Vegetables: beans, cabbage, leek, potatoes, chard, spinach, chives, garlic, horseradish,
parsley, sauerkraut, green beans, lentils, spinach, onions, tomato.
Nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts.
