This case study describes a 46-year-old woman who presented with asymmetric lower limb edema and heaviness, especially at the end of the day or in hot weather, for the past 2 years. She also reported Raynaud's phenomenon in her hands and feet for over 15 years. Physical examination revealed thickened skin and Raynaud's phenomenon in both upper and lower limbs. Tests found features typical of active systemic sclerosis on nailfold capillaroscopy. Lymphoscintigraphy showed compromised lymphatic drainage in the right lower limb starting in the upper thigh and slowed flow in the left lower limb.
