This project report analyzes the consumer buying behavior and satisfaction levels of customers for Bajaj Auto motorcycles. It provides an overview of Bajaj Auto's history and products. A survey was conducted of 90 motorcycle owners to understand which brands they own and their satisfaction levels. The majority (55) owned Bajaj motorcycles and most (70) reported being satisfied with their bike's performance. The findings show that status and price are important factors for customers and that Bajaj has a strong brand image in the market. Suggestions include improving mileage, style and the dealer relationship to attract more customers.
