For my contents page I also want something simple and straight to the point, yet I want it to represent art in a way of creation reflecting
on the idea of music also being an artist’s creation. I want the structure of my Contents Page to be organized and appeal to the
audience in a way that all the images and text work together to achieve something. My biggest aim, is to have a Contents Page that will
not be over crowded with text and image, have an adequate appearance or even appeal. The color scheme will be kept the same [next
slide] and perhaps the images used will be slightly different.

This existing Contents Page is quite of something, I’d like to
accomplish. I like the idea of being neat and well laid out as
in, there’s a structure which is followed due to the margins the
texts and even the page numbers. Also, this appealed to me
because of the main images they used and that they also have
one main image that stands out better than the rest. This
example, is not very artistic in a way but it’s still successful.

                                                                Ana Silva
Related to the Colour Scheme which I’m going to use, there’s no difference to the one I’m
also using in the Front Page.

I’ve decided to keep/use the same colours so in order that this is kept faithful throughout
all of my magazine and it appeals to the audience; not only this but because also as said
before this colour reflect the attitude of Hip Hop, they’re not bright (i.e. yellow etc.) or
completely dull and not technically sexist. Over all they all work well together for the
genre that the music magazine will be. If I were to change my colour scheme, it’d look like
two pieces of work just randomly put together and it wouldn’t come across as
 professional and successful.

                                           Ana Silva
Once again, similarly to my Front Cover; I want one main image used in
my Contents Page but I’m also aiming to have other small images that
link in with the cover lines and all the features in the Contents Page.
The images used will be different to the Front Page: For example, even
though there will be one main image, the shot or even the pose will
be slightly different. Other images that will be used, obviously will be
linked to the appropriate cover line. I don’t intent to place them all
next to each other, but maybe space them out and work around the
text that also would be included, so it’d be an equal balance between
text and imagery; and this way the imagery would hint the audience
with what the article is about with the help of the cover lines based
around the image.
