Preparing recovery programs in order to mitigate momentary delays.  Preparing Material Procurement Schedule/Program and organizing the delivery of materials on site accordingly.  Review and analyze main and sub-contract conditions. Develop and maintain the project Contracts plan in conjunction with the Contracts Manager.  Evaluating Sub-contractor’s progress and Productivity of Performance.  Preparing Daily, Weekly and monthly reports for tracking, monitoring and reporting the overall progress of the project to the Consultants and the Client.
