16949:2009) as Sr. Engineer NPD (New Product Development). Company has 12 manufacturing plants all over India. It
manufactures Auto-parts for Honda, Hero Moto Corp, SML ISUZU, JCB, Faurecia, Bosal, Emcon Technology, Mann+ Hummel, etc.
Company deals in Sheet Metal, Cold Forging, Machined parts.

manufacturing plants.
JOB ROLE
- To develop new components as per customer's drawing by using FMEA, Pareto Analysis, SPC Study, 5Why’s, Lean
Manufacturing, Capacity Studies, etc.
- Responsible for making and trials of Toolings, Welding Fixtures, Gauges and implementation of required corrective and
preventive actions on them after analysis (Solid Works).
- Representing my company at QAV's (Quality Assurance Visit) done by customer, External Audits like ISO/TS-16949-2009,
various events held by different organizations and making them successful.
- Blank Developing of components with Auto CAD after series of trails and deep analysis.
- Responsible for manufacturing components dimensionally accurate and submitting them customer within target dates. Joint
part Inspection of the components with customer and getting approval.
- Responsible for setup of manufacturing line of new developed components, training the operators and making every aspect
ready for mass production.
- Quality Assurance of new developed component for three successive lots and then smooth handover to mass production
team after doing Internal Audits (QAV).
- Interaction with vendors for technical queries, drawing clarification and making them understand the specific requirements.
- Feasibility Study, Product and Process Validation
- APQP & PPAP documentation and implementation of Customer requirements.
- Making of Q Gate’s, Operation Standards (OPS), Getting DAP approval, Work Instructions, Measurement System Analysis
(MSA), New process establishment, Capacity Study, Flow-charts (PFD), Control plans (PQCS), Packing Standard.
- Inducing Kaizen’s, Poka Yoke and implementing them.
- Resolving different problems, issues which arise in existing parts (mass production parts).
- Responsible for 5S of Tool Room, NPD department, etc.
