Overview
Mr. Lincicome is a senior geologist with over 25 years experience in the
environmental consulting industry. He manages, designs, and
implements groundwater, surface water, and soil investigations. He is
experienced in the evaluation and interpretation of data collected in
support of environmental investigations, and provides environmental

RTD-South RFIs, Lakewood, CO: Managed RCRA Facility
Investigations (RFIs) at two areas to characterize the nature and extent of
potential groundwater and soil contamination. The projects involved
camera surveys of storm and sanitary sewer lines to investigate leaks,
subsurface drilling inside and outside of buildings for soil and
groundwater sample collection, monitoring well installation and sampling,
and excavation of contaminated soil.

trench backfill as possible to increase flow through an existing permeable

50/50 mix of zero-valent iron and sand.

ASARCO, Inc. and Blue Tee Corp., Newton County EE/CA,
Diamond and Granby, MO: Managed Removal Site Evaluation and
Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis at two mining subdistricts in the
Tri-state Mining District. Investigations were conducted to evaluate
potential mining related impacts to soil and domestic well water and, if
impacts were defined, to propose alternatives to mitigate the impacts.
PRP Group (Several Mining Companies), Jasper County RI, Jasper
County, MO: Managed solids sampling program for a RI/FS in the Tri-
State Mining District to characterize the nature and extent of
contamination of seven unique mining related wastes in a 30 square mile
area. Activities included interpretation of aerial photographs to delineate
strata, development of a Sampling and Analysis Plan and Quality
Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), and collection and evaluation of data for
more than 800 samples. Other project activities included collecting and

subsidence investigation at an abandoned coal mine to evaluate the

replacement/upgrading of approximately 50 IDSs in 47 buildings at Ft.
Leavenworth. The project included the replacement of the main control
equipment and keypads, installation of four new systems, and adding
wireless mesh radio systems at 11 buildings. The systems consisted of
commercial off-the-shelf equipment and included control panels, remote
keypads, expansion modules, detection devices, power supplies, and
