  MY TOP 3IDEAS 1. The most practical idea (one that could be easily implemented) Drinks, informal meetings with local professionals, where open questions can be carried out and some networking can be established. 2. The most disruptive idea (one that would make a huge impact) 6 months of compulsory graduate program, where the student has the possibility of expressing some areas of interest (3) and switch between different departments and tasks. 3. My favorite idea Creation of an university online community / social network speific for university-to-job transition, connecting students in the last year of studies to university alumni or other professionals
