  Overview What's in thispresentation: The most important piece of work experience I've had that will help me to do this job well. The personality trait that will best support me in succeeding with you. What about your organization most resonates with me as a place I want to work.

  Work Experience I tookthe lead in bringing a corporate-wide rebranding process from vision to reality. This project involved: Understanding the overarching goals of the company and developing the tactics and strategies needed to achieve the project objective. Project managing the entire rebranding process, from concept development through to execution. Coordinating with different team members from various departments. Interviewing and hiring an external design team and working closely with the selected designers to create a brand design. Working with website developers to define the customer journey and develop a user- friendly navigation system for the new website. Creating design templates for marketing collateral. I believe this project experience (and several similar project experiences) will help me do this job well because I have proven experience in successfully bringing projects from vision to reality and I can take both a big picture perspective as well as manage the details.

  Personality Trait My TENACIOUSSPIRIT will most support me in succeeding in this role. Why? Because I'm working on this assignment in the midst of a record- breaking B.C. heat wave that's already broken over 60 temperature records across the province and set the record for the hottest temp in Canada ever...and I DON'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! I'm melting and can barely even move or think, but I'm committed to getting this done by the deadline, no matter what!
