LTD. Tal. Halol, Panchmahal Dist. (A sister VFC industries Ltd. set up in 2010) as Vice President – Projects (Unit Head). Ltd., Sahibabad, Ghaziabad) as Senior Manager / Manager – Engg. & Design EED (SBU),Dept Head : The company provides customized solutions in Fastener Tightening system, Pneumatic tools, Ergo –handling, material handling system, DC tool, fluid handling products and dispensing systems etc having 39 plants in North America; 30 plants in Europe; 14 plants in Asia; and 8 plants in Latin America. • Contributed techno-managerial expertise in designing, development, testing, and trials of Fastener tightening system, Ergonomic Material Handling Systems, & Fluid Handling Systems to provide customized solutions attuned to the customers’ needs. • Managed complete projects entailing project planning, designing, project engineering, material submittal, technical specification, vendor development, process development / fabrication, QC, subcontracting, and installation & commissioning of the machines equipments, handling systems etc at client’s sites. Earned further cost saving of 3 crores by introducing design change and standardization of parts. Other machines developed include -GANG SAW, RAJASTHAN RAMA M/C..
