Our Target audience – Mid to Top-level managers of the Top 2000 companies of US.
The Task:
1. Apart from the various channels and collaterals mentioned in the image, suggest
other channels based on the TG. Google ads, facebook ads, podcasts.
2. Specify tools/software you recommend for managing the channels, individually and
together. Google analytics, Hootsuite, intercom, segment
3. How do you track, categorize the Leads in stage 2(green section)? What tools will
you use? You can use a CRM or segments in Google analytics
4. Design a clear blueprint connecting multiple channels, stages, and customer
journeys throughout the funnel.
5. Define relevant parameters to qualify a prospect > MQL > SQL.
MQL- Fills a form on website, downloaded report, chatted in chatbox, replied to email.
SQL- Filtered based on website authority, number of employees, geography, annual
revenue, probability of buying, number of times visited payment page.
6. Suggest the most low-cost strategy for the objective we want to reach. Build a sample
budget estimation including suggestions for best tools needed for specific marketing
channels. Email marketing. Tools- Mixmax, purchase leads from Zoominfo, send out
targeted emails to CXOs. Budget around $500 per month
7. Create simple dashboards using Excel(or any tool of your choice) , to track the below:
a) A detailed dashboard to track leads, prospects, MQLs, SQLs at different stages of
the funnel, from multiple channels. Here you can assume any 4 channels to create a
sample dashboard.
