This document outlines an activity time workshop agenda on cumulative flow diagrams and limiting work in progress. - 12. 5. Each card you unplug is one task (demo) - The task color should match the (action) workflow action stage color
- 13. 6. 1 person 1 task / day
- 14. 7. 2 people (pairing) 1 task / half day
- 15. 8. Dev activities performed by devs only
- 16. 9. Analysis activity performed by ba, dev, and/or tester
- 17. 10. QC activity performed by tester and/or dev
- 18. 11. Blockers might occur (written at the card or stated by the time guru)
- 19. 12. Each team must follow the team process rules
- 20. Split into teams
- 21. Team A • Start as much work as possible • Finish your task before helping others
- 22. Team B • Don't pair unless required • Respect the limit • Pick up a new task if limit allows • Only move people if you reach the limit
- 23. Team C • Pair unless in the single task for half day • Pick up a new task if limit allows • Respect the limit • Only move people if you reach the limit
- 24. team D • Pair according to the stage target • Respect upper and lower limit
