   Leading the effort in analyzing the full business and data processes and how to
    re-architect the processes to solutions using relational databases, web sites, and
    web services, to streamline the business services across all clinics and greatly
    improving business efficiency.
   Established a documented Disaster Recovery process with redundancy and real-
