  • #3 Twitter is a social network, in the form of a microblog, which means that you are only able to type 140 characters or less, not give a 500 word dialogue as some do on Facebook for example. Is referenced as the Twitterverse  people coming together It’s also a real-time communication service (launched in 2006) where users can instant message, blog and text - all wrapped into one package.
