However, the interference of human activities on the marine habitat has been increasing gradually and thus, impacted the marine creatures negatively. This paper introduces different cetaceans that can be found in seas surrounding Scotland, threats that can affect them and how humans can tackle the problems through conservation and management. Some suggestions may not be successfully carried out but they still act as potential methods that can be applicable. Introduction The seas around Scotland are the richest seas in Europe for their marine mammals, holding over twenty species of cetaceans. Both residential and migratory communities are increasingly interfered by human activities such as fishery by catch, shipping, tourism and pollution, which are disrupting the natural behavioural patterns of marine creatures, causing injuries and even death. To prevent these marine mammals from extinction, we have to take actions to protect them and increase their population abundantly. Once when he approaches one of the other players, Julius Campbell, and asks him why he is playing so selfish. Gerry then listens to his teammate s opinion and acts accordingly to do what is best for the team, because that is what leaders do, even if it mean calling out his best friend and making him step it up. Youth sample comprised of eighty people both male and female of age ranging from 19 29. Ten students were interviewed from each one of these: IBA (Institute of Business Administration), Habib University, KNS (ACCA institute) and Greenwich University and twenty from IOBM and SZABIST. The students questioned belonged to Karachi. The sample for labour market organizations consisted of seven people, majority of them were lead organizers/supervisors based in Karachi. Two sampling methods used in this research paper are Snowball sampling and Convenience sampling. Convenience sampling was used for interviews from youth belonging to the labour market of Karachi. However, interviews with organization s members in Karachi s labour market were accompanied via snowball sampling.
