  Objective The main objectiveof Blue Plan Project: Blue Growth, Aquaculture and Fisheries is to provide participants with the skills to successfully work in the field of European planning and management, using funding made available by the European Commission.

This provides a toolkit of the knowledge, skills and techniques necessary for successful access to appropriate European funding resources. • Academic and program context coordinated by Universal Learning Systems.
