One of the major film studios, it is a subsidiary of Time Warner, with its head quarters in Burbank, California and New York. Warner Bros. Warner Bros is a member of the Motion Picture Association of American (MPAA). Our Media Product: Our film could be distributed by them because of their worldwide popularity and its success in the financial area. Warner Bros. Is to be considered as a member of the MPAA which is a huge achievement in the media industry considering how many distributions there are. Warner Bros. Has been extremely successful in distributing films such as ‘Hangover’ and ‘Harry Potter’ which has led them to be one of the most famous distributors in the world. They have a YouTube channel and social networking pages such as Facebook and their own website to promote their films. This would be a good distribution company to work with because they can raise awareness and have a great target audience and fan base in the comedy genre which is what our film is.

Once the largest and most glamorous of film studios, MGM was founded in 1924 when the entertainment entrepreneur Marcus Loew gained control of Metro Pictures, Goldwyn Pictures Corporation and Louis B. Mayer Pictures. Our Media Product: Our film could be distributed by them as they have successfully produced films within the comedy genre such as ’21 Jump Street’. According to IMDb, It has distributed to 4,267 films making it one of the largest, popular distribution companies of all time. The Logo of the MGM is simply extravagant and recognisable for anyone around the world which shows that if we were to distribute our film to this company it will immediately raise awareness. The company has its own Twitter and Facebook page which will be easy to advertise our film as they have many fans following them on they social networking sites.

  Information: Relativity Media LLCis an American full-scale film studio. It acquires, develops, produces, and distributes films and produces television programs. The company has invested $20 billion to date (in partnership with numerous financial institutions) as of 2012 in entertainment investments with partners such as Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and others. Our Media Product: Our film could be distributed by them because of their ambitions of investment which could lead them to be incredibly successful as well as making films successful such as ‘21 and over’. Relativity Media acquired the genre label Rogue Pictures from Universal for $150 million which shows that they can raise awareness through they big partnerships and investments. They also have co-production deals with Atlas Entertainment and Virgin. Furthermore, they have accrued more than $17 billion in worldwide box office receipts and some of their films are from comedy genres such as ‘The social Network’ and ‘21 and over’.
