This document discusses which media institution would be best suited to distribute a proposed new music magazine called UrbanFlow. It considers two main institutions: Bauer Media and Condé Nast. While both are very successful, Bauer Media is concluded to be the better choice. This is because Bauer Media already publishes a successful music magazine, Kerrang!, allowing synergies between the magazines. Additionally, Bauer Media operates across 15 countries, enabling wider promotion and audience reach for UrbanFlow. Bauer Media's financial backing from many successful products could also support greater promotion of UrbanFlow through new technologies.
