The study investigates the mechanical and vibration properties of epoxy-based carbon fiber and silicon carbide composites, varying the silicon carbide percentage while keeping carbon fiber fixed at 30%. The results indicate that the composite with 30% carbon fiber and 8% silicon carbide demonstrates enhanced tensile strength and flexural properties, while also revealing better stiffness and natural frequencies. Experimental methods included tensile testing and vibration analysis, with results graphically represented to show property variations with different silicon carbide weights.
