  Benefits  It issimple to use white liquid single component.  Provide excellent bond strength to hardened concrete, plaster, masonry, etc.  Increase flexural strength & tensile strength.  Improves durability and gives weather resistant mortar with improved impermeability to chlorides and other harmful agents.  Reduce shrinkage & water permeability and also reduces cracking through increased mortar flexibility.  FAIRCRETE SBR(S) is economical to use.  High Adhesion : Provides excellent bond to concrete, plaster, masonry, stone work, etc.  Good resistance to many chemicals as well as mineral oil.  Versatile : Compatible with all common hydraulic cements.  Prevents bleeding.

  Uses FAIRCRETE SBR(S) canbe used as a bonding agent for concrete repair mortars and mortars, for improving bonding of floor toppings, damaged concrete, repair of large cracks. It can be also used for polymer modified floor screeds, waterproof plasters for masonry and slurries.

  Description FAIRCRETE SBR(S) isa single component white emulsion polymer specially designed for use as a bonding aid and for cementitious systems. It is resistant to hydrolysis and can therefore be used for external applications too.
