  What is FashionPhotography? Fashion photography covers the fashion world and all the changes that take place in it. The style of each famous photographer is unique and can’t be mixed up with anyone’s else style. Fashion photography can portray many ideas about society and how it can be changed by a single persons actions. Fashion photography is used mainly for reasons such as promoting and advertising. This photograph has an interesting effect as it almost portrays the saying of ‘mans best friend’. Thee fact that they have been placed against a light coloured background, makes them stand out significantly more dur to the dark coloured fur of the dog and the dark suit which the man be seen to be wearing in the photograph. This photograph taken by Mario Testino is a typical fashion themed photograph. The model can be seen to be posing for the camera as her hand is placed gently over her face. The colours in this photograph contradict with one another, for example the bright red colour which is on her nails contradicts with the pale colour of the models skin. The fact that this photograph has been taken against a plain white background makes her stand out significantly more as her hair stands out against the white background.

The fact that the women are wearing high heels almost indicates that they are of authority and have total control over the man. However, this looks as though it has been done intentionally as her body language suggests that she is posing for the image in a peculiar way. The colour scheme in this photograph is very cool and natural which makes the model stand out due to the darker colours of her chair and skin tone.
